Default '37 one ton truck

I'm not a truck guy so I have to ask.

Do the 1/2 ton and one ton trucks have the same cab and front sheet metal?

Same cab as 1\2 ton but bigger fenders, grill, and hood are the same.

The hood, grill, inner grill panel interchange. The cabs are essentially the same except the pickup has a seat riser with a pan underneath it and the truck has an underseat tank. The steering columns do not interchange. The 1 1/2 ton frequently had marker lights on the top of the cab that the pickup did not have. The fenders, inner fender panels, and running boardsdo not interchange. The headlight buckets were not all the same in 37 trucks and pickups...some had the headlight stand recessed toward the rear more than in 35/6 and there were two different height headlight stands.
