Thumbs up Hood Adjustment

Could any of you good folks tell me the proper way to adjust the hood on the 1941 Ford coupe. I had several suggestions but none of them work out.
Thank you in advance,

The secret that I found is that you move the hinge up to move the hood downand visa versa.I mark the inital location with a china marker and move the hinges . Phil

Go to hotrodder.com forum and search for hood adjustment tutorial by MartinSR. He does an excellent job of explaining the geometry of a hood hinge and how to adjust.
