I appears that nobody makes a crossover tube for my 51 vert or any other late flathead for that matter. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like barnfind has one but I have bought several over the years from different repro places.

Do you even need a crossover tube? Why not just duals straight back?

Go to Red's headers and dual mufflers - forget the crossover stuff. You'll be glad you did.
