Transmission
What wt. grease does a 1950 ford Trans. use, and the second question how difficult is the seal on the output shaft on above trans. to replace? Thanks in advance

A rating like 85W/90 is an example of a modern gear lube. The "W" stands for Winter rating, where the viscosity is rated a lower (Winter) temperature. Sta-Lube is an example of a GL-4 gear lubricate. Last edited by JSeery; 09-15-2019 at 09:52 AM. |
