Default '34 Ford Shock Absorber Fluid

I need help in finding a fluid to put into my 1934 Ford shocks. I've read previous posts here about mineral based, glycol based ect but not sure what I should use and where I can get it.

The spec sheet from the original Ford manual says simply "Ford Shock Absorber Fluid".

Help!!
