Collector's Insurance Coverage For People Below the Age of 25

I know there's some confusion out there for people under the age of 25 trying to get collectors insurance for their cars, but I can give one small bit of clarification. I live in California, and am 21 years old. American Collectors Insurance http://www.americancollectors.com/ Approved my application for insurance on my 1959 Edsel back in February of this year, 2010. Now I'm not sure if me being a California driver had anything to do with it, but I know that these points did have impact of their decision:

At least 5 years as a licensed driver

Clean driving record (They even gave me a good driver discount)

Now, they did have the usual restrictions like garaging the car and such, but for collectors insurance, that goes without saying. I hope this helps some of the younger restorers out there.
