I'm working on putting turn signals on my '36 and don't want the license plate to light up each time the turn signals come on. Yes, I know, the '32 and '36 are different and the chrome rings are different, but I think I can insert a new center metal plate so the bottom bulb will not light up the license plate when it Stops or Flashes, and create new screw mounts so the '36 chrome ring will mount properly on the '32 housing.
