Default 49 wood

Got my 49 wood back from Ron Heiden today. Had
him put figured(fiddleback) maple for the panels to
replace the red mahogany. Figure is really nice!

Ordered some varnish today, now waiting for nice weather.

Can you tell me about Ron Heiden? I just acquired a 50 Woodie and will need to replace my side panels in the future.

37fatfender;
Suggest that you check out the National Woodie Club.
https://woodies.clubexpress.com

Then you would know about Ron Heiden and others --like Rick Mack.
Just a suggestion and not a sales pitch.

I would also recommend joining the National Woodie Club. As a member you will receive the Woodie Times magazine that will list vendors. As far as Ron Heiden, he is one of the premier wood fabricators and Woodie builders in our hobby. You can't go wrong with his services.

Rick Mack has retired and no longer in business.
