Default Stupid Ebay 'classic' car seller

This thing was listed about a month ago.
Advertised as a 1936 Pickup....and its clearly a 1937. The grille, the cab, the bed, the tailgate, all are obvious 1937 parts.

Last time they listed it I sent them an email politely telling them they've made an error and I didn't want to see them have an upset bidder who was counting on a 36 and ended up with a 37.

Apparently they ignored the friendly advice and are still advertising it as a 1936. I wonder what could be wrong with the title/frame number?
