Default 1941 Ford Convertible Rear Seat

Just picked up a ‘41 Ford Convertible project that’s in pieces. Going to start assembling some items to see what all I have and was going to start with the seats and steering column but not sure how the rear seat bolts in. My coupe has tabs on the top of the seat frame that slide down into place and tabs on the floor board for bolts. Am I missing something on this convertible?

There is a wood brace that runs across the width of the car. I recall hearing someplace that it is a structural member - not sure.

The rear seat is located and held in place by the brace. I can grab a few pics of mine if you like. Might take me a few days tho'.

Let me know.

Thank you! I think I found a picture of a convertible where you can see the wood brace. Looks like there are tabs on the floor board like on my coupe. Do you have tabs on yours?
