Sometimes we need to know more information in order to help with some of these type questions.

All I could suggest to oldford2 is to give the folks an idea about what all he has going into the question. Pictures are good too. If it already has a V8, I'd be wondering why a model B transmission is involved. If it has a small block Chevy in it then we need to know. We can't byguess and bygolly answers without some information up front.

Mart had a tremendously long thread about his experiences resurrecting a '33 coupe a while back. The thread covers all of the details, but it wasn't a conversion from 4 to 8 cylinder. There was also a thread about someone's misadventures with a '34 pickup that had been converted one way or the other without correcting the torque tube driveshaft combination.
