Default Chasing history

I have given up on the messenger here. But I want to thank Ken bolton for his help in my search for history on my unrestored 29 briggs. It has taken time but now I am in contact with the prior owners son Bruce. What I might learn who knows. Bruce will be talking to his mom so we will see. I am hoping to go further back which may be impossible? I know there is a story here from the wear on the upholstery and the paint. Someone sat and leaned in the same area for years. Well used but well cared for. Front seat cushion has a repair and a double set of springs! Worn paint from the keys swinging back and forth. Hole in front seat back from a set of keys just like I have. How do you get in and out with out stepping on the running boards. Zinc and rubber are not worn. There is a story here. Thanks ken.

Can you elaborate on this? A picture would be helpful.
Tnx, Ken
