Default Column drop

Anybody have a picture of the breakdown on a column drop mechanism on a '41 Ford pickup. We are trying to free it up so we can use the original switch and are not quite sure what comes apart where. We do have the lock cylinder out and can move the slide back and forth a bit but not sure how to free up/remove the lever. Is the pin sticking out of the bottom a part of the lever?? Thanks for any info!
