Just check the box on the right side next to the message. Then scroll down to the bottom box put delete in that box and hit 'go"

That's fine for the current ones, but I have bunch to delete, like 300 or 400, so I need to open them and pick & choose the ones by checking them off to delete.

I believe you can "batch" delete them. they are grouped by month or dates if I recall correctly. You click the block next the group heading and it will check all of those PM's in that grouping and you can delete them all for that section.

Yes you can batch delete. The number at the top shows how many in the batch. Check that box and all mesg will be checked in that batch. Go to the bottom and click the box, change to delete, and hit go. All checked will be deleted. If you want to save one in that batch, uncheck each one to save before you go to delete. Practice on a couple that you don’t want to save, just to be sure you have the process correct…….. Mark

If it makes it any easier to sort thru them, you can also have them sorted by either Title or Sender rather than by date. You can also create your own custom folders (as well as the Inbox and Sent) to file anything you want saved into.
