Default 55 3 Speed Over Drive

Pulled my new car into the shop and went to move it this morning and it is stuck in gear. The floor shift is sloppy and I can move it but it won't take it out of gear. It is a hurst shifter 3 speed. Any ideas before I get down to look at it would be great

Did you post this over on the HAMB too? They answered the question pretty good over there. Make sure both arms on the shifter line up with the hole in the shifter body, put the trans in neutral (dont run over yourself) then adjust the rods to fit.
