We sell the Northern Classic beds and sometimes have to get tailgates from Mack Hills. The Northern Classic beds seem to have sharper bends. They are just more "crisp". We have them in stock if you need one. 800-543-5035

I used Mac Hills and they are great. They know their stuff coming and going and they manufacture the beds themselves. They have it all, too.

I've used both. Got a Mackhils front bed panel, and a tailgate from Northern. Northern's product just seemed more "real"

I bought my '39 truck bed from Mack Hils. I found no problems with it. It is built just like the orginal. In fact it wouldn't surprise me if Mack Hils was the supplier for Northern Classic Trucks. They are priced the same. I'm sure I'm wrong and everyone will jump all over me for such a suggestion but I can't see the difference in either one of them.

If you are located in the western United States then get it from Mack Hils. If you are located in the east then get it from Northern Classic Trucks. The real question is a matter of logistics for you.

Seth, I have been in NCT shop and Todd makes his own parts. I haven't knowingly seen a Mack Hills bed, but I suspect the bends aren't as crisp like the original and NCT's are unless NCT makes the beds for Mack.

I like it when suppliers make their own product instead of everyone selling the same thing.
Thanks.
