Hi Gents
Will I ruin a 18 volt saws all if I mate it with a 20 volt battery?

Re: Tool question
It might help if you could explain exactly what you are trying to do. But the short answer is NO and it MIGHT be OK. Need to know make of saw and charger and specifications and also specs of battery. Regards, Kevin.

Re: Tool question
Desalt now has an adapter for 18 bolt tools that allows you to use a 20volt battery. So as for as their tools you should be good to go.

Re: Tool question
I believe all the big names that say "20 Volt" are actually 18v and they are advertised as "20 Volt Max"
