Just how does one apply "arrows" to photos to show the subject matter one wants to show within a photo?
Have some Model A photos I need to show arrows. Thanks. Pluck |

I save them to the computer. Then open them in "Paint" Paint has a line drawing utility in it. Just be careful to select "save as" and select "jpg" format. Paint defaults to BMP format and the file size is huge.

Look in the Shapes section. There are arrows there to choose from. You may have to play with them to get the length and size right.

If you "zoom" in on the photo in paint, you can draw you "line" then draw the "arrow tip" as little lines. You can do it without "zooming" but it is easier if you zoom, because your lines "zoom" in proportion with your image. I like it because I can draw a circle around the part as well.

I just draw it on the screen with a magic marker but it never seems to save very well.

Do as Foxfire says, you can even insert numbers or verbiage into the arrow.
