A powder coater should have a color chart. Tiger Drylac has a green that is a good match.

Really?? I buy bunches from TG and none of their color chips I have are even close for Apple. IMO it needs to be a blended color to match the chip in the Paint & Refinish manual.

Brent, what do you think of the Apple Green offered by ModelAWheelColors.com as refered to in the post above? Have you tried them? I realize that just looking at a color on a computer monitor is not too realistic. Just would like your opinion. Thanks, Don/WI

Don, they have actually had the wheel colors blended in powder to match the P&R Manual. I think you will be happy.

Depending on the type of gun used, usually 5 lbs will do 6 wheels.

well it matched the green on the wheels and stripe as they came with the car. I didn't compare it to the P&R manual chips. Its an older restoration, so its probably not to the present day standards after all.
