Default 1948 Merc heater blower switch

My '48 has the blower mounted outside on the firewall under hood (air duct type) with TWO wire connections on the blower switch. Switch is under dash with DEF and HEAT pull knobs. All I see on replacements have FOUR wire connectors on the switch. 8C-18578A is used as common part number. No wiring diagrams I've seen are 2-wire, only 4-wire. Not that I'll ever use the heater on this Dearborn Award car, but with Battery connected the switch is hot to touch. Also, both types have that little 6-volt bulb in it... part # for bulb?
