Default 53 Ranchwagon Ignition Switch

Is the 53 truck different than the car as ignition switch is concerned? It appears that the 53 truck has a push button to start it. I don't have a push button in my ranchwagon. Is it missing, or does the ignition switch have a start position on it? My bezel for the ignition switch is missing. Thanks

The truck switch has only 3 terminals. Thus the need for a push button ground activation of the solenoid.

The car switch has 4 terminals of which one is used for starter solenoid activation
