Default How to take cut out cover off ?

I filed off the little weld on the botton of the cover but am still having trouble taking it apart. Any secrets out there ??

The cutout screws need to be removed. The thicker insulating washer goes on the output side. I made a wood block to hold the cutout, then I use a sharp center punch to split the two spot welds. Once split I use a large flat tip screwdriver and pry between the cover lip and mounting foot. Work back and forth, side to side, until the base pops out of the cover.
