Default 29 closed cab - cab upper panel vibration

1929 closed cab pickup: Anyone else experience a rear cab vibration on deceleration just behind driver and above the seat back? What did you do to remedy it? Roll of paper towels behind my neck is a little to obvious.
Thanks for any experienced solutions.

Some additional vibration during deceleration is common. It's hard to predict what part or parts of a vehicle will have the matching resonant frequency that will cause it to sing along. You can either tinker with the motor mounts to try to keep the vibration from being transmitted to the body, or tinker with the resonant object to either fasten it down better or otherwise change its natural frequency.

I packed a strip of black foam rubber between the cab and the bed. You can't see it unless you look for it, and my truck is inside when not being driven, so moisture is not a problem.

That eliminated most of the rear cab resonance.

I also have FAM mounts front and rear, they may have helped reduce it too...

Make sure the 2 extra drilled at factory bolts at back of cab to chassis are tight.

I am not sure if this is what you are experiencing, here is a link about wood strips between the cab and the bed.

I installed sound deadening in my Tudor it helped with noise. Behind your seat out of sight inside may reduce your noise.
Is this something new? Or are you just tired of it?
I'am thinking a U- joint maybe going out? Is the housing full of grease and or oil?
