30- 31 "A" Headlight bar

Have what I believe, is an original 30-31 Ford model "A"
Headlight bar stamped on left front with the letters: small "l" large "O"
and possibly small "g" letters are at far left side opposite of bucket socket. Wondering if any one would know, if the letters would stand
for Manufacturer? I would think may be "Libby Owens Glass" ?
