Default 1931 S/W Fordor Rear Door Glass Installation

I would appreciate any advice/suggestions regarding the installation of new safety glass and window channels in the rear doors of a 1931 S/W Fordor.
The tops of these doors do not come off. The window riser mechanism is currently attached to the rear door. Thanks very much for any advice. I have the channels and the new safety glass. Neither have been put in yet.

I removed the window stop bracket at the bottom which helped a lot, and then bolted it back in place when I was done

on most of the slant window body cars you remove the window frames and on the front doors there is a filler parts in the front, remove it. than just roll the widows up and out of the doors. been there done that many times.
