Default 1948 ford 12 volt headlight

What is a good 12 volt headlight bulb to use in my 48 ford ? Thanks

Walk into any parts house and ask for a 6014. That's an "old-timey" round, 7" dia. 12v bulb like went in your dad's '56 Chevy. DD

If you are on 12v and you want bright you could use a quartz -halogen bulb safely.
