I managed to straighten the pulley is not perfect but it should go ... on the old generator there is a condenser behind , connected at the big wire what is it used for ?

That will be for sound suppression to prevent interference for the radio. On the end of the cylinder will (should) be I.D. Stamping.

Looking at the rear bronze bushing, what is the best way to remove it? Also, how does this bushing lubricate? I see a spring loaded oiler ball on back plate?? When I took apart, it appeared to have dirty grease as a lubrication or do I lubricate with some light weight oil periodically through the oiler port?
