Jodaddy: I have just taken off all my brake drums from my "46" pickup. The rear did not want to come off as easy as the front.( of course)I did not have the special tool to pull the rear drums so I used a 6" gear puller and pulled from the lug nuts. Make sure you back off on the cam adjustment nuts. This will make the shoes close inwards and maybe you can pull them off but I doubt it.Let me know if you are still having a problem and I will e mail you a picture how I installed the gear puller.
