Default '31 roadster pickup cab mount??

Hi guys, i'm in the process of putting a 31 roadster cab onto a 31 frame and the 2 front bolt holes do not line up the same as my 31 roadster. they seem to be 2 1/2 in further back . the pickup roadster cab was built in Canada i'm told. but shouldn't they be the same?? any thoughts out there. Appreciate it thanks THE HOOCH

First, drop the two bolts through the firewall feet, then look at the next in line.Only ONE of those should line up,NOT both. One will hold the body down to the frame, the other hole is just for a nut and bolt that holds the body block into the subframe. What would look to be logical there is not a fact.
