Default 39 Ford Center Console

My 39 sedan is almost done being restored, I did it as a resto-mod, I'm looking for ideas for a center console. Does anyone have any pics of one installed in their 39? Or know any company's that make a decent one? Thanks

Probably not gonna get much help on this here. I wouldn't recommend the "H.A.M.B." either. I think you need a "Street Rod" site.

Check out cupholdersplus.com
I used one of theirs for my 36, both front and back.

When I was in the early stages of my 40 build, I thought I wanted a center console. I bought one out of a 63 Falcon. It's very narrow and fit the trans hump perfect. Only problem from there was finding narrow seats to allow the room for the console. 1970's MG seats fit perfect. After all this searching I opted to put my original seat in for the first test drive. I loved the bench seat and stuck with it. I still have the console (painted to match my car) and the seats are stashed away.

That may be all well and good for your '40, but the car in question is a '39 with a top loader.

Ok, I should have mentioned I have a 39 Tranny in my car (1940) and the center console goes between the seats and no where near the shifter in question. I've mocked it up plenty of times and spent a lot of time researching seats that would fit. This combo will fit, I promise!

I figured it would be difficault finding someone who built them, I might have to bit the bullet and have a custom one built
