Windshield frame corner sliders-31 SW
Had to take the windshield apart on my '31 SW, all the frame screws were rust welded in, had to drill all them out, while taking the top frame off with taps from a mallet the frame sliders (if that's what they're called) broke.
Now what I'm taking about are the L shaped metal stock that slide into the top rail and down into the frame side rails, and then are screwed in, one on the top and two on each side. My question, where can I get these, and what are they called, my son and I are thinking about getting some square stock from Lowe's and making them if all else fails. It looked like this windshield sat outside for several years, but we think we can save it as the rust is surface and nothing appears eaten away. some sanding, lots of wire wheel'n and some "rustOlum" should do the trick. Any help in this direction would be most helpful.....Thank You

First pic is from Bert's $10 each, says it will fit all year Model A's Second pic is from Bratton's, $11 each, says it's for 28 - 29 I have the feeling that either item will fit Still think I can make them, so I'm going to try that first, if it doesn't work out I can always buy them.
