Default Unknown aluminum head

I recently removed the head from my Model A and was surprised to find that it is aluminum. It has a Ford script and an unfamiliar combustion chamber. The head gasket did not match completely as can be seen in the attached pictures. Has anyone seen one of these and possibly share some information? Thanks.

It would be fun to determine the compression ratio and run it on a dyno.

7.5:1 sounds a bit much. If I get ambitious I'll volume it with water. It's funny it would have a Ford script on it. But that doesn't mean it came from Ford.

Curiosity got the best of me. I did a volume check to calculate the compression ratio. Combustion chamber took 160 ml. My end number is 5.541:1 ratio. Close enough!

I'm not disagreeing about who made the head in question. Just saying, Several years ago Snyder offered a stock appearing aluminum head with a compression ratio around seven to one. I looked at one at the good old days garage like was used in the great race on an engine that Jim Marlar built. Dan Price also sold a stock appearing aluminum head with a compression ratio , I think of six to one.

silberstein put the Fordon there to give a stock appearance as that was his targeted buyer. he sold quite a few of them.
