Can you gain access to the locking cylinder and can you find the code (ie FK123)??

If it is on the vehicle -- it will be hard to do.
If it is off the vehicle, just remove the snap ring and push in the lock tabs and remove from cover.
Use a small slot screw driver to remove the set screw and the lock comes out of the housing and you can gain the lock code from the cylindar as Don mentions.

If you can flip the cover to expose the lock, I should think that if you brought the spare to a lock smith he would be able to open the lock.

No problem w/ my '36 half-ton in NM years back. Key shop.

No problem w/my '36 half-ton years ago. Key shop had blanks; made me a spare.

Truck was a FoMoCo dealer demo in 1936 w two spares, same lock & key for both locking hubcaps.

Never trouble getting EFV8 keys made since 1960.
