1933 Vicky rear body panel
Hey Guys ! Have a 33 tudor sedan and would like to replace the rear body panel with a Vicky panel. I have seen a car done this way and looks great. I do plan to move the rear of the roof forward and graft on the rear deck panel to resemble a vicky. Does anyone know who makes replacement rear panels.
I even have thought doing this to my 35 sedan project. Any help or leads would be appreciated. Vic |

Re: 1933 Vicky rear body panel
There are no commercially available reproduction back panels for a '33 Vicky. You'll either need to have them fabricated or find a good Vicky back-half to graft on.
Chris @ Salt Flats Speed Shop has done a few of these Tudor to Vicky conversions; I don't recall if they were '33 or '34 though. You could try contacting him to see if he'd shape the necessary panels for you. www.saltflatsspeedshop.com/ There is/was a thread on the HAMB showing the process of one of his conversions.

V8COOPMAN You are correct , there is a bit more than just replacing the rear panel but the payoff I think is worth it. They sure do look sweet. I even have thought about doing this to my 35 tudor sedan. Would be a neat conversion.

Re: 1933 Vicky rear body panel
V8COOPMAN I agree also , I think the 34 looks more like a flat back. Do you have a link to Chris' build on the 33 sedan. Have e mailed them on the 33 Vicky rear panel. Would like to have them make a 35 version also. I would think this would really make the 35 sedan pop. Currently was planning modifying a trunk sedan model to a 33 Vicky. But want to orchestrate this correctly and only once. Will be more difficult converting a 35 then a 33 but would again be worth the effort.
