Closed cab bed mounting points

Good Evening everyone,

A couple of months ago we decided to lower our truck. When we took the bed off I thought it was funny that it only bolted in 4 spots. Am I missing something? At the front of the wood there is a hole with a counter sink to hide the nut and washer. But, it doesn't bolt to anything. Does any a picture that shows where the bed mounts near the cab?
