Default 32 B carb adjustment

I jsut fired up my 32 B truck after rebuilding the 4 cyclinder carb. It runs every bit as rich as before the rebuild. Really, really rich! What else should I be doing to solve this problem? Thanks.

If you post on the A fiorum,there is a link there somewhere to a realy good A and B carb site.
