Default SW top Molding radius corners

Need inside radius dimension from original top molding rear corners to bend new molding.

I don’t have your answer but……
Why aren’t you templating them from the car? Make them fit the car not a given radius. Besides, the may be a bit elliptical, not circular
Just my thoughts… I’ve has slants in the shop before but not now

How do you plan to maintain the trough shape in the curve? Will filling it with lead before bending it do it?

As Bill said just bend and fit to the car. A little heat on the aluminum molding will help it shape. Not easy but can be done with patience and careful skill.
You can do one for each side and join center rear. You may realize you need to buy enough to have an extra set if you mess up .

I made a jig that was based on the car's outside curve and need the inside radius from
an original molding to cross check and adjust the jig to get the curve to make one piece for the rear, then 1 piece for each side. The repros aren't long enough to do just 2 pieces like the originals without welding..
Also, need the width of an original to help with adjustments.

The originals were steel - are the new one aluminum?

All I know of are aluminum
But they work ok…just ok. And they paint anyway

6' long alum. He just needs the dimensions , width and inside radius of steel original..
