I'm looking for a good used Warner Gear (Borg Warner) T-9 4 speed transmission. These were used in the early 50's F1 Ford P/U's among other vehicles. The T-9's were non-syncro, straight cut teeth transmissions with the very low 1st gear. Closer to Indiana the better. Email@ [email protected]

I have a 4-speed non-synchro transmission I took out of my '48 F-1. I have the drive shaft, too. Low mileage - 35K. Can you tell me what ID things to look for to see if it's what you want? Oddly enough, I bought the truck in Indiana, but it's now in Maine. Norm
