where can I buy a tan canvas 19 inch spare tire cover (not vinyl). thanks

I'd try your local upholstery shop. Get it made the way you want it. Desert tan military canvas sounds like what you might want.

Sailrite.com has material and heavy duty sewing machines. Or you can buy a heavy duty sewing machine on ebay or craigs list. A wheel cover is a fairly simple project.

Or you can try the sites for RV's. There is a cover for trailers that says "I go where I'm towed." Or is it "toad?'

I paid less than $3C for a used Consew 206. I don't know what a yard of canvas would cost.
