Default 52 Overdrive 6v -12v

Converting a 52 Ford Customline from 6V Positive ground to 12V Negative ground.

Car was overdrive, anyone converted the overdrive circuit from 6V Pos to 12V neg.

Any help would be appreciated.

I have been running my 53 Victoria on 12 volt for 2 yrs no problem, I didn't change a thing on overdrive. Function very well.

What Johnny says..........but a 12 v solenoid will often not work with 6 v.

My buddy has 15+ years running 12v through his 6v overdrive system.
