I drove my A down to Saltwater park ( near Sea Tac airport) one summer Saturday night to visit my friend who was camping there with his kids. The park ranger stopped me on the way out and we talked model A’s for a few minutes. He’s been the president of our club several times, and actually is on the board again this year. So, I agree about driving can certainly be good advertising.
However, once you get them, you need to keep them. A lot of owners these days aren’t that mechanically inclined, so clubs helping members, that are having a hard time, (Dr. Days) is a great way to grow the club and retain interest. It also brings members out trying to learn how to maintain their car.

Drive them! Drive them! Drive them! None of us is going to live forever. Enjoy them while you can. Many others will enjoy them too seeing them on the road!!!
