1962 Galaxie 500

Posting for a friend so I probably don't have all the information correct. He has a 1962 Galaxie 500. The 390 FE engine is there, and it originally had 3 on the tree. But he is missing the bell housing and three speed transmission.

First question is, what bell housing does he even need?

Second question is, what is the correct 3-speed transmission, and what else would either of those come out of.

Third question, who has either that they want to sell?
