What glue to glue rubber floor mats? small tear

First always clean the area well with mineral spirits.

A new tube of 'Crazy Glue' has worked in the past very well.

Currently I also use black 'Flex Seal' as a backer on the bottom of the mat.

I am missing something here. How do get the floor boards out if you glue the floor mat down?

I don't think they're talking about gluing the mat down, just repairing the tear.

NOT gluing down have a small tear i want to glue together.

Water proof tape, you know that stuff they make a boat with, on TV.
Get it where you want it the first time. There is no removing and retrying again. Would make great backing for your problem.
