Intake not mating up to block very well

I have a 59AB block and it originally came with a Navarro 3-2 manifold. With that manifold the 3/8 bolts go in all the way by hand. I decided that I wanted to go with an Offenhauser 2-2 manifold.

Most of the bolts will only go in half a turn by hand with the Offy. You can thread them in with a socket and ratchet but they really bind up. Only did that to one of them. It is as if the holes are just a scoch off center.

Best solution. A simple one I hope
