My first choice, would be have them powder coated black wrinkle, and second choice would be the Harley davidson wrinkle paint.

You might also try electronics stores as it is sometimes used on sheet metal enclosures.

I can't remember which one I used, Rustoleum or Duplicolor but they both make spray cans of bed liner. The finish comes out like the Mopar rocker covers and it is very durable. I used it on my receiver hitch, (ever seen one that wasn't rusty?), and it's held up for about 7 years now. Might be worth a try.

I remember using a rattle can of wrinkle paint with success. I usedj it on a heater box. The wrinkles didn't appear until the paint was almost dry, but I don't remember the brand.

The VHT is the one you want! looks the closest to that 426 Hemi valve color that I have seen.

Used some of this way back when, seem to recall it's a bit tricky, we thought it worked better if the metal was pre-heated with a hair dryer... ..B.

Ditto on the H-D paint, went on unbelievably easily, excellent uniform finish. Made to stand up to heat and chemical cleaning, too.

I've used the wrinkle paint from Lowes with good results. Works really good if you paint the piece then heat it .
