Buy the cheap (china made) on ebay if you don't use it daily.
Trust me the china made things are improving, and eventually you will drive a Chinese car in a few years ! Since the acetylene pressure is a fraction of the Oxygen, seems like an engineering overkill to bother with the second stage. Worth checking if the number of stages is at all an issue.
