Default Judging Standards Question

I purchased a copy of the Guidelines and it came in three sealed packages:
a set of tabs, a 1997 and a 2011. I put it together beginning at the front, first the tab and then the information following. It made sense to me until I got to the end, there was a Cabriolet tab, but no information to go behind it. Am I missing info, or was the tab just put in for "future expansion" ?

The 2011 that I have, it was purchased when it first came out, has no
Cabriolet section. I think they are making changes / adding items on the fly.

I just love it when people argue with these guys about what is right and what is wrong.

And several names on the list are no longer with us, they have died.

The Cabriolet section will be part of Revision 4 due out early next year. The tab was printed along with the others as a cost saving measure. To print a single tab would cost almost as much as printing the set - so to save money for purchasers it was produced as part of the Revision 3 set. A note should have been included with the book indicating the Cabriolet section is to be published with Revision 4.
