Default Heater motor question

Hi All,
Re-wiring my '49 F-1 panel to 12v. The truck came with two heaters on the firewall from Ford. The truck style heater off to the right, that you see in all f-1 trucks has an avail 12v. replacement motor, and needs one. The second heater, which is much smaller, and has no defrosting capabiliities has a much smaller motor I can't seem to find anywhere. Does anyone know a good heater motor source, aside from the usual speedway, reds, etc, as I have tried them, and when I go to 12v is it correct that I cannot use the orig. switches, and if correct. is anybody making repop 12v switches?. I would rather have 12v motors, as the originals. are shot. Any thoughts?. I would like to keep the dash as stock as possible, and the switches are real cool, in good shape, and lit 2 speed.
Thanks....Ruxton.
