Default Id Horn

can anyone id this horn? it's on a 31 coupe i bought last year, i can't find any maker on it, it does have a small alum. looking id tag but all the wrighting has been worn off. thanks for any help.

Possibly it's a "Northeastern ". I have one too. I believe they were in Buffalo, NY They were used of the Dodges of period and other makes. My Ford Speedometer was made by them too. The pics aren't really that clear. No contrast.
