Worked great on my prior unblown 276 and now on my blown 276. Right out of the box.

Mine works great on my 8BA right out of the box also. Has 51 jets and a manual choke.

I would like to be able to check A/F on our projects. Do you have any recommendation for a portable meter? Can any of these be used by placing in the exhaust tube? Showing my ignorance here. Thanks for your help. Fourdy |

A friend of mine has this set up on a '52 pick-up he's building. What do you use for carb linkage? It's on the opposite side of normal hook-up.

Tuning one carb vs multiple 70 year old carbs is a no brainer. Mine runs great.

You could also kill two birds with one stone by using a Ford water heated spacer. It also has a port for a PCV system if you choose to use one. Here's a set up on a Lincoln V12 which is similar to a flathead V8.
